During my third year I had to choose a competition brief. My chosen one was the Popai Awards where I needed to produce a display stand or pop up shop which would be placed in department stores. I chose the pop up shop. I decided to create a Pandora Pop Up which would be advertised at not only women but both genders as Pandora sell jewellery for both genders however this is never advertised anywhere. I decided to create the shop where you could see into it using Poly Carbonate sheets and also the display stands from high density polyethylene in order to be durable long term however it would be easy to recycle when the shop was finished with. I used blue lighting and imagery of both genders wearing the jewellery in order to show the advertisement for both genders. I also created a vending machine for when the shop was closed which has a interactive screen which the user could select the product they wanted and a robotic arm would collect their product for them.
I produced the 3D model in Cinema 4D using different materials and lighting to get the best effect as well as layering textures onto shapes to show display stands. I placed a camera which I key framed to show the walk through animation of the Pop Up Shop.
